How to prepare Mushroom Pepper fry

Mushroom Pepper fry


 






Ingredients
  • Thinly sliced mushrooms 1pack
  • Ginger garlic paste -1/2tsp
  • Thinly sliced onion-1
  • Curry leaves
  • Oil
  • Chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder
  • Cashew nuts /optional

Method

Wash mushroom thoroughly.. Slice / cut according to your requirement..

Heat a pan.. Add little oil.. Saute mushroom.. & keep aside.. It will shed water.. Don't extract it.. Add it while frying..

Heat same pan... Add oil... Onion.. Saute nicely.. Add curry leaves.. Ginger garlic paste... Saute add salt.. Turmeric powder.. add very little chill powder/1/4 spoon... Add mushroom... Cook till water completely dries... Finally add pepper powder 1/2 spoon... Toss for a while in medium flame... Add fried cashew nuts & serve peppy hot... As side dish...

Yummy ЁЯНД fry is ready to taste.... Kids favorite...

Tips: can be used for stuffed chapati... Can garnish with coriander leaves.
