How to prepare a easy sweet pongal.
Ingredients :
Rice -1/2 cup
Moon deal - 1/2 cup
Jaggery powdered -1 cup
Cardamom powder -2 pinch
Raisins 1 tsp
Cashew 1 tsp
Ghee -2 /3tsp
Method
Pressure cook, washed moon deal & rice into fine consistency.. Mash nicely with laddle.. Prepare Jagger syrup.. Strain it & add into cooked rice, keep stirring in low flame.. Cook for few minutes..
Heat ghee in a seasoning pan, add ghee cashew raisins.. Add into pongal mixture..
Yummy & easy pongal is ready to taste... 😛😛
