Step 1
To start with, add grated coconut and enough water in a dosa batter.
Step 2
Now over medium flame, place a non-stick pan and with the help of a cooking spray, grease it.
Step 3
Once the pan is hot, add a ladle full of batter over it and spread it evenly into a circular motion. Keep the flame low.
Step 4
Now add 2-3 drops of oil around the spread batter in the pan and roast it until the bottom turns slightly golden brown and the edges are crisp.
Step 5
Transfer the dosa onto a plate. Repeat the process to make other dosas and serve it with flavorful sambhar and Spicy onion chutney.
