How to make Sev Puri

 Ingredients

  • 16 puris
  • 1 potato
  • 1 onion
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • green chutney
  • dates chutney
  • 1 cup fine sev
  • a little bit of onions for topping

Now let's start making Sev Puri
  1. Boil the potato in the pressure cooker.
  2. Chop the onion finely
  3. Prepare the green chutney by grinding the ingredients together
  4. Dates chutney can be prepared and stored in the refrigerator. 
  5. Add a little water if the consistency is thick.
  6. Once the pressure releases, peel the skin of potato and mash it. Add onions (Keep aside some for topping) salt and chilly powder. 
  7. Mix it
  8. Place the puris in a plate
  9. Put a little mixture on each of them.
  10. Then, put a little green chutney
  11. Put a little dates chutney over each of them.
  12. Now add sev over it
  13. Finally, top with a little onion pieces.
