TOAST WITH SCRAMBLED EGGS

TOAST WITH SCRAMBLED EGGS

Ingredients

8 eggs
60 gm butter
30 ml milk
4 slices of bread
1 pinch pepper
salt to taste


Directions


Break the eggs into a bowl. 


Add pepper and salt and beat lightly. 

Melt half the butter in a thick bottomed pan. 

Add the eggs and cook over a gentle heat till eggs are lightly cooked. 

Keep stirring lightly as the eggs set. 

Remove from heat. 

Check for seasoning and mix in remaining butter. 

Prepare the above mixture and serve each portion on a slice of freshly buttered toast with the crust removed.
