Homemade Protein Powder | How to Make Protein Powder at Home

Ingredients :- 
1 - 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds 
2 - 1 cup Almond 
3 - 1 cup Roasted Peanut 
4 - 1 cup Oats 
5 - 1 cup Walnuts 
6 - 1 cup Milk Powder 
7 - 2 tsp Chia Seeds 


Preparation :)

1.Grind Pumpkin seeds, almond, Roasted Peanut, oats, walnuts and Chia seeds.

2.  And Mix the Milk Powder.


All the Men and Women should get at least 0.8 grams of protein per kg of body weight per day. That means a woman who is 50 kg should get at least 40 grams of protein.
