Manathakkali Keerai Soup


Ingredients: 

  • Manathakkali Keerai - 1 bunch
  • Onion - 4
  • Garlic - 2
  • Tomato - 1
  • Cumin - 1 spoon
  • Pepper - 1 spoon
  • Moon dal(pasiparuppu) - 100 gm
  • Milk - 100ml
  • Mustard - 1 spoon
  • Oil
  • Salt

Method:

Heat oil and add mustard to pod.
Then add onion and stir well.
Add garlic, tomato and fry well.
Wash and clean keerai and cut into pieces.

Boil keerai and grind it by adding pepper and cumin.

Boil pasi payaru and when it is done add grinded keerai

Add garlic, onion, tomato and salt and allow it to cook for further 10 minutes in slim heat and take out.
