Apple Cinnamon Soya Shake


The antioxidant flavonoids from soya, fibre from apples and the bio-active compound from cinnamon helps to avoid a quick rise in blood sugar levels and the low-fat milk gives you enough calcium while avoiding the unnecessary fat.

Preparation Time: 10 mins    Makes 6 glasses

Ingredients

3 cups apple cubes

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

1 cup chilled soya milk (unflavored)

2 cups chilled low-fat milk , 99.7% fat-free

1/2 tsp sugar substitute (optional)


How to Prepare :

Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth and frothy.

Pour equal quantities of the shake into 6 individual glasses.


Serve immediately.
